By using CodeBhaav you agree to these terms. They exist to protect both you and the community. We've kept them short and readable on purpose.

Why this exists.

CodeBhaav is a community platform for self-taught developers to learn, build, and grow together. These terms protect both you and the community.

Content ownership

You keep your work.

You retain ownership of any content you create and share through CodeBhaav. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the community. Open-source projects keep their own licenses.

Termination

Both sides can leave.

We reserve the right to suspend access if you violate these terms or community guidelines. Reasonable notice will be given except for severe or repeated violations. You can leave at any time by emailing us.

Liability

Provided as-is.

CodeBhaav is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee 100% uptime or zero errors. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any.

Changes

We'll tell you when these change.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via the platform or email. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Community guidelines

Three rules. Don't be a jerk.

Be respectful Treat every member with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, and personal attacks aren't tolerated.
No spam Don't use the platform for unsolicited promotions or irrelevant content. Share things that genuinely add value.
Keep it authentic Be honest about your experience. It's okay to be a beginner. Misrepresenting your skills undermines the trust we're building.
